You’re wrong.
I almost never “write about writing” and I absolutely never engage with anyone for any reason other than the fact that I appreciate their work.
My pay has dropped significantly. So has the pay of many other very good writers doing excellent work here.

I don’t think you actually have much of a grasp of what’s going on. You would appear to be a beginner here. Look at the facts before trying to gaslight those of us who have been here long-term, have large followings and (formerly) made pretty good money.
