You're right. The majority of Americans just love to be fat, and we could oh-so-easily be skinny if only we were smart like you!
Come on, man. Maybe YOU don't have this issue. Some do, some don't. We clearly don't have all the information. I would bet my bottom dollar my eating habits are better than yours. Veggies are the foundation of my diet. I eat many servings per day. For fruit I mostly stick to berries. I eat beans almost daily. I have some fish and chicken, red meat occasionally, small amounts of whole grains, eggs, some plain yogurt and some cheese. Sugary treats are reserved for birthdays and very special occasions. (I didn't even have any pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving. I'm pretty strict.)
