You REALLY need to understand that the pay gap IS real. Open your eyes. Mothers are put in impossible situations. They’re expected to be the ones to care for children and elders. Men are not made to take off work to pick up a sick child. Everyone expects women to do it, which forces women to take more flexible jobs that pay less. THIS IS PATRIARCHY.
