You love affirmative action, you just love a different form of it — boosts for people like you from your own circle, not from people from outside it. Your view leads to continued wellbeing of the privileged group and continued disadvantage of the non-privileged. I will grant you the benefit of the doubt that you may never have considered this, but now you are obliged to wonder how society can advance if people who are not from your group you are not admitted to good jobs.
