You insult the many, many poor and disadvantaged women who nurse their babies. Breastmilk is free. Formula is inferior and very expensive. Women are smart and resourceful. When they understand how important it is that their children be breastfed, they can more often than not find a way. I have known women who have made it work despite very real hardships.

The real problem is that women have been influenced via very expensive marketing campaigns that they aren't able to nurse and that formula is fine. It's not fine.
