You are making assumptions based on your own ignorance and biases.

Your first incorrect assumption is that fat people are eating too much processed food. Some fat people are. Some are not. The same is true of thin people.

Plenty of people eat very healthy diets with lots of fresh vegetables, fish, fruit and whole grains but are still fat. It's extremely possible to cook nearly all your food at home from scratch and still be overweight.

People who are fat know they are fat. What they don't know is how to lose it. Nobody knows. Those who say they know are wrong. Some things work for some people, but if there were actually a simple fix, almost nobody would be fat. Believe me, there is ample motivation to lose weight, and many of us have tried dozens of approaches.

All these desperate attempts to lose weight have caused a lot of disordered eating. I know there are many overweight people who prefer not to see a specific number. I cannot imagine why you think you need to judge them for it.
