Yes. If it costs less to rent, why can so many people make fortunes as landlords? (Not me -- I have just one unit and I never meant to rent it out. I've never made jack on it.)

My houses will never be worth a lot, but I'm gonna be rent free in a year or two, and a few years after that my rental house will be paid off and then I will actually start making some money on it.
