BTW, having cleaned up after a suicide attempt (not at my house; it happened at a friend's house and my husband and I volunteered to clean it up because the friend was traumatized) you will find removing all traces of blood to be no easy task. Blood gets everywhere in a way nothing else seems to. My friend's sort-of girlfriend (she recovered) slit her wrists with a beer bottle and apparently moved around quite a bit afterward because it was a river of blood that got everywhere and it took forever to remove all traces of it. And yes, by the time we were done, we were pretty traumatized, too. So my advice is to get a nice pill from your doctor and take a long sleep. And watch lots of mindless funny movies and take a walk in nature. Spend time with your best friends. Hugs.
