Women can do all those things, and some of them do. YOU GET PAID TO DO THEM. You aren't volunteering.

On the other hand, not only do women work, but many of them do LOTS OF UNPAID work -- carrying, nursing and bearing children, raising them, caring for elderly parents, volunteering at schools, etc. So, just to review, women have traditionally done shitloads of things for no pay, and today do a lot of jobs for lesser pay, which are just as important as the things that men have traditionally done, and for which they've been paid handsomely.
