What an experience!

I wanted one of those heavy old "laptops" SOOO bad. I plotted and plotted. Could never get one. Can you imagine?

I worked with a guy with nearly as storied a past in newspapers. It was a travesty that he finished out his career being paid a pittance in my small-town newsroom.
