Well ... I REALLY wanted a natural birth and was bummed. He came out as blue as a little Smurf, and not breathing. They got him breathing after a scarily long time. A surgical birth, though necessary for some of us, is definitely not ideal. He was born in 1992 and I'm still a bit sad about it.
