This is where you appear to be confused. Do you honestly think that what writers write is only of interest to writers? That doesn't even make sense, except in regards to "how to write" or "how to make money on Medium" content. Most of us are not writing that. We ARE writing things for readers! We are writing ALL KINDS OF THINGS. We are writing about relationships, parenting, politics, memoir, self-improvement, gardening, religion, cooking, wine, lifestyle, beauty, the environment ... how is it that you think this stuff is "just for writers"?
