This is hilarious to me. Never have I ever spent $300 on a hotel room, nor am I likely to spend $50 on an Airbnb, bcz there’s always a big cleaning fee. Never would I ever want to or be able to pay many thousands per month for a house payment. Or consider purchasing an expensive car like a Tesla. I’m not chasing anything. This piece only makes sense for the very, very wealthy who always want more. Instead, I’m living in an affordable area. I think a lot of people who insist on living in an expensive metro area might be surprised by the quality of life available in more affordable areas.
