This is a suggestion that works for YOU. It is not the best idea for everyone. It certainly is not the best idea for me. I have a sleep disorder that keeps me from spending enough time in deep sleep. I spend too much time in REM sleep. As a result, my sleep is precious to me. I feel terrible if I wake up too early. I go to bed relatively early and (whenever possible) do not wake up until my body does so it on its own. When I'm very sleepy, I am miserable and unproductive. Your advice would kill me. I mean that literally. Stop speaking in absolutes.
