The BMI was invented like 100 years ago in Belgium. It’s dumb. Ignore it! One of my husband’s colleagues was deemed obese; the guy is a serious weightlifter covered with muscles and extremely fit. Also? If you’re going to eat peanut butter from a spoon, have a jar of Nutella there, too. A bit of each on a spoon is pure delicious decadence. :)
