That's true. Generally, people who are seen as bringing a lot to the table can attract others who are seen as bringing a lot to the table. The opposite is also usually true. But generally, anybody who actually wants a partner can find one. I know plenty of ordinary, average people with really happy marriages. If an average guy is trying to date a supermodel, yes, he's gonna be disappointed.
