Surprise! Come check me out. I cook nearly 100 percent of everything we eat from scratch, and I'm fat.

We eat lots of vegetables and beans. A little fruit and some whole grains. I rarely eat any sugar or refined grains. Spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage and brussel sprouts are mainstays. We eat some baked salmon about once a week. Your guarantee is false.
