So I have to admit I'd never purchase pre-made rice ... but this tip will work with any rice of any sort, whether you make it yourself, buy it in cups or (gasp) have it leftover from Chinese take-out.
1. Heat your rice and put it in a bowl.
2. Fry an egg in butter.
3. When egg is however you like it (I think the yolk should be a tad runny but you do you) throw a slice of cheese over the top, or sprinkle on some shredded cheese. Whatever you've got handy.
This is so, so good, and it's super fast if you have rice ready to go.
