Reading between the lines, the daughter thought she had been granted a 100-day respite. Maybe a chance to focus on her kids and career or stuff I know nothing about. Or to rest. Instead, her mother essentially turned down the government-paid care and demanded MORE care from everyone else. I can see both sides. I’d want to be home, too. But by being home, everyone around her will be required to drop everything to help take care of her. I am not ready to paint the daughter as being totally in the wrong. I don’t know the whole story.
