Post-menopausal women who don't have eggs but can carry a pregnancy often use a donor egg. I would feel any baby I carried was "mine," whether it was mine genetically or not. I also would love a child given to me to raise but carried by another mother the same whether it was my genetic child or an adopted child. But I deeply wanted the entire experience and am glad I was able to have it.
