People believe what they believe and are impervious to evidence. But I can tell you drinking lots of water, cutting all sugar, daily exercise and avoiding processed foods are all things that have no made me lose any weight. Of course, those who want really badly to believe this will insist that I must be doing something wrong. I must not be reading labels! Like a head of cauliflower has a damned label?
