Peace of mind? How could repeatedly testing for antibodies make any difference? As you note, you can get it multiple times. My question is why you would be so cavalier about just letting yourself get it over and over. You say you work in a lab. I hope that means you do not provide direct patient care. I would not trust my health to a doctor who doesn't seem to understand the importance of preventative care. I will continue to wear my mask and to take other prudent steps until the case count is much lower. To do otherwise is almost like going to an orgy and not using condoms.
