OK, I have a great suggestion for you: Warm some olive oil in a skillet. Add garlic. Saute. Add two bags of spinach. Wilt. Use immersion blender to blend. Add Parmesan cheese. (And or some cream; my husband doesn't like cheese. It's best with a bit of both.) Stir into pasta. You can add some chicken if you want. Picky kids will eat this! Especially if they like pesto.
