Nominators can NOMINATE, not Boost, two of their stories per month. Most of mine have been declined. If we couldn’t nominate our own work, and we publish mostly in our own pub, we’d never get any Boosts at all — and running a pub is bloody time-consuming and all done for free. I consider this system fair.
