My sleep is terrible. I’ve had sleep studies, and narcolepsy was suggested, as I go right into REM sleep. I can sleep 8 hours and wake up feeling desperately tired. Exercise doesn’t seem to have any effect. Neither does diet. I bought a new bed, etc. I’m at a loss. But your statement about ADHD dropped my jaw: I have an appointment to be evaluated with this, and I feel like it only started later in life. If only I could sleep normally!
