My husband was amazed I’d never heard of it! So we bought a raclette and guests LOVE it. Tip: Beat some eggs and put them in a small pitcher. My husband weirdly doesn’t like cheese and makes little egg omelettes instead.
We put the appliance in the middle of the table surrounded with potatoes, onions, cheese options etc and let everyone make their own creations.
