Maybe not, but I'd call anyway. If nothing else, it would put their names in the system, and it would perhaps help them realize that some of us think they're abusive and despicable and shouldn't be trusted around children. Spanking isn't discipline. It is child abuse and I have zero respect for anyone who thinks it's a good idea to inflict pain on children. I never fail to speak out about this: SPANKING IS ABUSE. And good parents do not do it!
