Let’s define “young” — I was a very nurturing mom at 23 and 26, and very well-prepared (other than financially). Teen moms would be in a different category. And the same woman, if she has multiple pregnancies, will obviously have them at different ages. And you parent for 18 years (actually, forever) so even if you start at 20, you may well still be parenting kids at home at 40. How do we pin this down?
