There’s a fundamental difference between saying “money is the root of all evil” and “love of money is the root of all evil.” Working for money and using money to pay for what you need is fine. When you LOVE money, that’s the problem. Many people do evil shit to get more money than they need. It’s the difference between taking care of your needs and cheating/exploiting/stealing to enrich yourself.
