I've never even heard of these, probably because I live in central Illinois. But I have heard of the Crumbl cookies. They are not exactly "bad" but they are not great. They're approximately as good as a supermarket cookie that costs a tenth as much. I know where to go to get great cookies -- I can make them myself or I can go to a good bakery. Crumbl cookies are expensive and are almost pure marketing. Two expert marketers who had never so much as baked a batch of chocolate chip cookies set out to make them, and they have raked in scads of money, while countless other expert bakers who don't understand marketing have closed their doors. The moral of the story is don't listen to marketing, ever. Nothing good comes from listening to marketers.
