It sounds like you’re assuming parents can prevent their child from becoming sexually active just by forbidding a sleepover — which is not the case! I also think it’s important to point out that the Dutch tend to become sexually active later than Americans do. What we Americans are doing is leading to earlier and less safe sex. I’d rather teens start later and be safer.
