Is it really so difficult for you to believe that others know how to cook? As I said, it's a rarity — meaning on the extremely rare occasions I'm eating something I didn't prepare myself, there could be a bit in there. It's not impossible to keep consumption of HFCS to a rarity at all. It's quite easy. I'm assuming from your attitude you must eat out constantly, or you use a lot of convenience foods. Yes, I sometimes eat bread, but when I do, it sure as heck doesn't contain HFCS. It contains only flour, water and salt, plus sourdough starter, which itself is just flour and water. I bake a loaf every few days because my husband isn't enamored of commercial American bread. I don't eat sweetened tomato sauce — yuck! I wish I could teach you what REAL food tastes like.
