I’m using inherited cast iron but also have some steel and enamel pieces. I don’t have the pricey ones — I bought an enameled Dutch oven at Aldi for $5 on clearance! I also spent $50 on a Japanese cast iron omelette pan I use almost daily. It’s fabulous! I hope my grandchildren enjoy it someday.
