I’m still driving my 2004 Mini. I don’t plan to ever replace it. We haven’t had a car payment for at least 15 years. Bought our ancient Civic from a friend. Paid cash. I cook my own food. We have friends over or go to their homes. I’m opting out of the system as much as I can. The system doesn’t want to pay most workers well, so fuck the system.
