I’m sorry, but I do hate country and rap! I was not allowed to go to shows as a teen, and had no idea anything but country and top 40 existed until I was in college. I eventually discovered punk and that’s still my favorite, but now that I am free to go see live music, I can’t really afford anything but small local shows. I have seen the Violent Femmes twice though.
My husband plays a lot of vinyl jazz and runs a recording studio in our attic. I wish I had a better ear, but I don’t.
