I'm so glad you've found something that works for you. I've done this same diet (eating lunch and dinner and nothing else, eliminating all sugar and nearly all carbs) and am back on it now but it's never worked for me. My main goal now is to see if I can train myself to eat a single meal per day, or to fast for several days at a time. Something has got to work eventually! I just haven't found anything that works yet, other than when I went through a divorce and was unable to eat more than a few bites of food each day. The Fung info sound intriguing and I cannot figure out why it is not working for me. It's odd, because for the last two years I had just given up and eaten whatever. I was eating sweets several times per week until six weeks ago. You would think a drastic dietary change would cause immediate weight loss! How in the heck is my body hanging onto all its fat when I'm barely feeding it?!?
