I'm not making $0, but almost everything I'm making right now is from my viral story I published last July. If not for that, I'd be making pocket change.

I spoke to another writer who said she's here mostly because she gets very high tips from her readers. So she's not here to earn from Medium, but to get tips. I know that I get book sales from the links in my bio, but not enough to make it worth it to me to write here for free. I still hope this is a temporary thing. I'd love to keep writing here.
