I’m in the US. Last night a lot of conservative people from my rural hometown were up in arms about some fake news. It is clear that many people honestly have no idea how news and fake news work, or how to distinguish between them. I wrote a piece about how to tell, but I doubt if any of them understood it. Bottom line is these folks will always be easy prey for the propagandists … and this is why my country and the world had to suffer with Trump.
