If I won a huge lottery prize (of course, I don't ever buy tickets) I'd open a big apartment complex for single moms, witih on-site daycare and a cafeteria with healthy foods so moms pressed for time could just take her kids downstairs for dinner (or could bring up trays). Rent would be on a sliding scale, because I'd be soooo rich I wouldn't need to make a profit.
