I would move overseas for the good healthcare, but other than that, it's not going to be cheaper than where I already live. Each time I read about some great cheap place, it invariably ends up being costlier than my setup in central Illinois. My husband is a citizen of the EU (Netherlands) so we could move, but then we'd be far from the kids and grandkids, and we'd have no money to afford visits home.
