I would like to have a dialog here. I read this hoping for insight on how poor white people are privileged. I don't deny white privilege exists, but as someone who grew up mostly in a trailer and who is working class today, my experience was very different from yours. I am not afraid of being shot by the cops or anything like that, and that is privilege, absolutely. But still ... we need to talk about white privilege and how it's different for poor white people.
