I think you're missing the concept on purpose.

Women will no longer settle for an unfulfilling relationship. They want a good one or none at all. Men who have the money to buy a younger woman will do so. I doubt they're truly happy, though, because they know damned well their younger partner is (usually) only around for the money, not for love.
