I see a lot of people are judgy and think overweight people live on junk food and never exercise. This is untrue. You can eat whole foods and avoid sweets and fast food etc and get exercise and still be quite heavy. Some people who are naturally thin believe it’s because of their superior personal habits — some don’t realize how blessed they are that their body is naturally thin. I’ve had thin people ask me why I don’t eat more as they enjoy hearty meals. “Aren’t you hungry?” one relative asked me. “Oh, yes!” I answered. I was VERY hungry! But she stayed thin while eating much more than I did.
