I reject the idea that working for peanuts equals taking responsibility for yourself. It’s actually just having no regard for your personal worth. Perhaps you feel your writing has no worth. Mine does, and therefore I’ll write elsewhere.
I hope Medium can fix itself. I used to make decent money here. I deserved it, too. I’m a good writer.
