I really enjoyed raising my kids. Of course there were bad days. But overall, it was very satisfying and enriching to my life. Most people don't seem to want to do it anymore. My daughter is an excellent mom, but my son doesn't think he wants to have any. I would have loved to have had grandchildren from him, but not if he's not enthusiastic about fatherhood.
