I queried into the void and finally just self-published. My book is selling better than most self-published books, but likely would sell better if I’d had a traditional book deal. I used my Covid check to pay an editor and Medium earnings to pay a cover designer. I list my book in my bio here and on Substack. It’s in my email sig line. I’ve got two book signings this weekend, and I’ve been on my local public radio and in the regional newspaper. Two people on Medium wrote wonderful reviews. Perhaps all this will make my next book more attractive to a publisher, but I’m prepared to just go it alone. Oh, it’s called “The Trailer Park Rules” if you want to check it out!
