I once got to visit a place in Woodstock IL called Ethereal Confections. It did bean-to-bar, but I couldn't afford to indulge (I was there because I was working for an ad agency) and I'd love to go there with a budget! For anybody in that area, that's where they filmed Groundhog Day, which seems apropos since that is, in fact, today. (They have lots of themed stuff there and I got to see the house where Bill Murray character stayed. I've got pics.)
