I honestly don't understand this. You aren't in a long-term relationship if you only met just before the pandemic. Why are you determined to stay with the one you don't care for as much? If I were your partner, I would be VERY upset to read this, and I'd leave you -- not just because you'd cheated, but because you so obviously love the other woman more. You don't mention having children, so just go!
