I happily breastfed each kid 3-plus years and so did most of the moms in my circle back then. I never experienced this and none of the other moms said they did — and we were mostly over-sharers. I think it must be very rare. I’ve heard of orgasms during birth, too, but all I felt as the baby emerged was significant pain. Definitely not anything remotely pleasurable!
