I had good and bad landlords when I was younger.

Being a landlord sucks. Other than my son and one other tenant, they've always left behind messes and damage. Often they've owed money I've never been able to collect without getting an attorney, which would cost more than I'd collect and they know it.

All these people who say landlords suck -- I wonder if they are the same people who break appliances and leave disgusting messes behind while owing a month's rent.
